Custom Work Refund Policy

No Refunds on Custom Orders

All custom work is made specifically to your specifications. Because these items are created uniquely for each customer, all custom orders are final sale and non‑refundable.

Order Approval

Before production begins, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design details, including colors, sizes, spelling, and any personalized elements. Once approval is given, changes cannot be made.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or with an error caused by our production process, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve the problem. This does not apply to customer‑provided mistakes (e.g., incorrect spelling submitted in the order).

Cancellations

Because custom work begins quickly, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
